Apollo Advising

1
Who is Apollo Advising for?
We work with aspiring first-time investors who want to buy their first rental property, as well as existing investors looking to expand their portfolios or add new strategies like house hacking, STRs, or 1031 exchanges. Most of our clients are based in Texas, but we work remotely with investors nationwide.

How is this different from hiring a real estate agent?
Agents are usually paid when a transaction happens, and property managers are paid to run the property. Apollo Advising is paid by the hour for analysis, whether you buy, sell, or do nothing. Apollo Advising is a consulting firm, not an investment adviser. Denver holds interests in affiliated firms, listed in the site disclosures.

What does a strategy session cover?
You set the agenda. Common topics include evaluating a specific market or property, comparing rental strategies (STR vs. LTR vs. MTR), understanding deal analysis numbers, or mapping out a multi-year acquisition plan. Sessions are 1 hour via phone or Zoom.

Can you help if I'm not based in Texas?
Yes. Denver McClure can serve clients across the United States. Our research uses common principles and tools that can be applied in any market on any property.
