Denver McClure founded Apollo Advising in 2023 after building his own rental portfolio in Texas. He is a Marine Corps veteran and has personally used house hacking, ADU conversions, short-term, medium-term, and long-term rental strategies.
Clients bring the decision in front of them. Denver brings the numbers, the tradeoffs, and the right questions to take to their CPA, attorney, and lender.
